When I called about service I talked to Jody. He was very helpful and we arranged a time for me to bring the truck in for service. Simone else started the service, but Jody had handed off to him. Don’t know why, but Jody was excellent at keeping me informed about the progress, then called today and told it was ready to be picked. When I got there it was ready and checkout was easy. Everything that I had issues with, were resolved plus the other service items needed.

Drew Holcomb met us on the lot when we arrived asking if he could help us. He was very polite and helpful. Drove 2hrs to check out a used vehicle seen online. Prior to drive- additional photos sent upon request and all general questions were answered. Purchased a different vehicle than set out for (same make, model, year) after some no pressure negotiations. Overall a good experience and great used vehicle purchased.

Brought our new Equinox in for our complimentary oil change and service. Everything checked out o.k. and completed in a reasonable time frame. Only problem was the fact that on our way home (appx
1.5 hrs from the dealership) we had a "service tire monitor system" warning pop up. We had to return to the dealership to have it checked and corrected. Pretty inconvenient to say the least. Quick and easy to schedule the appointment. Service was completed sooner than expected. This was the first time had my truck serviced here since moving to SC. Other Chevy dealerships that I’ve had it serviced at always washed it when done. No wash at Scenic Chevrolet?

I've been bringing all of my vehicles here for service for quite a while now, and I've always had a good experience. Since I have multiple vehicles, I've dealt with the service department quite a bit, and they've consistently treated me well. The staff is friendly, easy to work with, and they do quality work. They also do a great job of squeezing me in when something comes up, which I really appreciate. Overall, they're super chill, professional, and a service department I have no problem recommending. 5 out of 5 stars.
Only thing missing was they don't fill gas tank after telling me that it would be done. Salesmen are top notch, work with you.

Service was good but took too long for the job at hand. I brought my Camaro in for a recall, and all they had to do was make two keys and put a battery in a key fob. This whole process took over two hours. To me that seems like a very long time. I was also told I needed windshield wipers for the cost of $56. That seemed extremely excessive. Everyone was polite and professional, the place was clean and for everything else I would say it was great.
